National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi conducted an E Kacheri to provide citizens with a direct platform for presenting their concerns and complaints. The session allowed a large number of citizens to communicate their issues through telephone calls, where they shared their concerns related to matters requiring attention from NCCIA.
During the E Kacheri, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi personally listened to citizens’ calls and reviewed their complaints in detail. He examined the issues presented by callers and issued necessary instructions to relevant officers to ensure that complaints were addressed through appropriate channels. The initiative reflects NCCIA’s efforts to maintain direct communication with citizens and provide a mechanism where individuals can share their concerns and receive guidance regarding their cases. The NCCIA Director General emphasized the importance of timely progress on complaints registered during the E Kacheri. Relevant officers were directed to ensure that necessary actions are taken for resolving citizen concerns and that updates regarding the steps taken and outcomes are prepared before the next E Kacheri session. The approach aims to strengthen coordination among departments and improve the response process for complaints received through digital and remote communication platforms.
NCCIA stated that the series of E Kacheris will continue in the future, providing citizens with additional opportunities to directly present their issues before the agency leadership. The initiative is designed to improve public access and create a more transparent communication process between citizens and the cybercrime investigation authority. Through such sessions, NCCIA continues to focus on improving engagement with citizens by using digital communication methods. The E Kacheri format enables individuals from different locations to share their concerns without requiring physical visits, making the complaint process more accessible. The agency’s continued focus on reviewing public feedback and ensuring follow up actions highlights the role of citizen communication in strengthening cybercrime response mechanisms.
The latest E Kacheri conducted by Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi provided a platform for citizens to raise their concerns directly, while instructions issued to relevant officers aimed to ensure that registered complaints receive timely attention. NCCIA will continue conducting similar sessions to maintain interaction with the public and support the resolution of issues submitted through official channels.
