Pakistan National Cyber Emergency Response Team (National CERT) and the National Center for Cyber Security (NCCS) recently concluded the Pakistan Cyber Security Challenge (PCC) 2024. This annual event, held at Air University Official, Islamabad, brought together over 1,600 participants from 110+ educational institutions nationwide.
The PCC 2024 aimed to foster a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem in Pakistan by identifying and nurturing top-tier talent. Through a series of intense competitions, including Capture-the-Flag, The Showdown Event, Pak-Crypt Challenge, and the Cybersecurity Startup Ideas Cup, participants were challenged to showcase their skills in various domains of cybersecurity.
The event was a resounding success, drawing significant interest from academia, industry leaders, and government officials. By providing a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and skill development, the PCC 2024 contributed to strengthening Pakistan’s cybersecurity posture.
