Fortinet Secure SD WAN Powers Bacha Party Network Transformation By Multinet Pakistan

Multinet Pakistan has announced the successful completion of an SD WAN transformation project for Bacha Party, deploying a secure and centrally managed network infrastructure across the retailer’s branches nationwide. The implementation is powered by Fortinet Secure SD WAN and FortiGate Firewalls, enabling the organization to enhance connectivity, strengthen network security, and improve operational reliability throughout its branch network. The project has been added to Multinet Pakistan’s portfolio of enterprise network deployments, supporting one of Pakistan’s leading children’s clothing and fashion brands with an upgraded digital infrastructure.

The deployment includes several technologies designed to improve network performance and resilience across all Bacha Party locations. According to the announcement, the solution provides Secure SD WAN connectivity with automatic failover to help maintain uninterrupted communications between branches. It also incorporates secure and advanced Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing across a hub and spoke architecture, supporting reliable connectivity throughout the nationwide network. In addition, the infrastructure includes FortiGate Firewalls with integrated security capabilities such as Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), antivirus protection, web filtering, and application control to strengthen network security. Centralized management is provided through FortiManager, allowing administrators to monitor and manage network operations from a single platform while improving visibility across the enterprise environment.

Another key component of the project is the deployment of secure Layer 3 tunnels for CCTV connectivity between Bacha Party’s head office and branch locations. This enables secure communication for surveillance systems while supporting centralized monitoring across the organization. By combining secure connectivity, advanced routing, centralized management, and integrated cybersecurity features, the implementation is designed to improve the reliability and operational efficiency of Bacha Party’s nationwide network. The project reflects the continued adoption of software defined networking technologies by organizations seeking to modernize their infrastructure while maintaining secure communications across distributed business locations. Enterprise deployments of Secure SD WAN have become increasingly important for businesses managing multiple branches, as they provide improved flexibility, network resilience, and simplified administration through centralized management platforms.

Multinet Pakistan stated that the successful completion of the project represents another addition to its enterprise solutions portfolio while supporting Bacha Party with a secure, resilient, and centrally managed network environment. The company also acknowledged the contribution of Muhammad Rizwan, IT Head at Bacha Party, for his cooperation, coordination, and support throughout the implementation process. Appreciation was also extended to Syed Akber Anis for providing continuous support and technical guidance during the project. The deployment demonstrates how collaboration between technology providers and enterprise customers can support the implementation of modern networking solutions that improve connectivity, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance the management of business operations across geographically distributed branch networks in Pakistan.
