National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) continued its physical recruitment tests for the third consecutive day at F 9 Park in Islamabad on Friday, with officials maintaining extensive monitoring arrangements to ensure the recruitment process remains transparent and well organised. According to an NCCIA spokesperson, candidates applying for various positions participated in different stages of physical fitness assessments designed to evaluate their physical capabilities as part of the overall recruitment procedure. The agency stated that modern monitoring measures, including drones and Safe City surveillance cameras, were being used throughout the testing process to provide continuous oversight and support transparency at every stage.
The physical recruitment process involved a series of fitness assessments conducted under the supervision of NCCIA officials present at the venue. Candidates appearing for different posts completed various physical exercises aimed at measuring endurance, fitness, and overall physical readiness according to the requirements of the advertised positions. To ensure the smooth conduct of activities, senior NCCIA officers remained on site to review arrangements, observe the implementation of procedures, and address operational requirements throughout the day. Officials monitored each stage of the recruitment exercise to ensure that testing was carried out in an orderly manner while providing candidates with an organised environment during the assessment process. The agency noted that surveillance through drones and Safe City cameras allowed continuous observation of activities across the testing area and contributed to maintaining fairness and accountability.
NCCIA also established a medical camp at the recruitment venue to provide immediate healthcare support for candidates participating in the physical tests. According to the spokesperson, qualified medical staff remained available throughout the recruitment exercise to conduct on the spot medical examinations, provide first aid when required, and respond to any emergency situations that could arise during the physically demanding assessments. The availability of medical services formed an important part of the overall arrangements, ensuring that candidates received prompt assistance whenever necessary. The combination of medical support, operational supervision, and technology based monitoring reflected NCCIA’s efforts to manage a recruitment process that prioritised candidate welfare while maintaining consistency in the evaluation procedure.
Director General NCCIA Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi instructed the officials responsible for the recruitment exercise to ensure that every stage of the process was conducted in an organised and transparent manner while strictly following merit based principles. He emphasised that merit would remain the primary consideration throughout the selection process and stated that no compromise would be made in applying established recruitment standards. NCCIA said the continued use of surveillance technology, direct supervision by senior officers, and structured testing procedures demonstrates its commitment to conducting recruitment activities with transparency and fairness. As the physical assessment process progresses, the agency continues to oversee all arrangements to ensure that eligible candidates are evaluated according to the prescribed criteria and that the recruitment exercise proceeds smoothly under established guidelines.
