Mobilink Bank Introduces Gamified Compliance Learning With Trillium Information Security Systems

Mobilink Bank has introduced an innovative approach to employee compliance education through Compliance Treasure Hunt 2026, a collaborative initiative developed with Trillium Information Security Systems. Designed to move beyond traditional classroom based training, the programme transformed mandatory compliance learning into an interactive and immersive experience that combined storytelling, technology and gamification. Working alongside Mobilink Bank’s School of Learning, the initiative encouraged employees to actively participate in compliance related activities while reinforcing key regulatory and ethical responsibilities in an engaging environment.

The programme was built around a story driven web based game where participants progressed through a series of challenges, solved clues, made decisions and competed on a live leaderboard. Rather than relying solely on conventional presentations or assessments, the experience placed employees in scenarios that required active participation and critical thinking while covering essential compliance topics. These included Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest and other important compliance related subjects. By integrating these themes into a structured adventure, the initiative aimed to make learning more memorable while helping participants better understand the practical application of compliance requirements within a corporate environment.

In addition to the digital learning platform, Compliance Treasure Hunt 2026 incorporated several real world team based activities that complemented the online experience. Participants engaged in practical challenges such as tent building and rope untangling exercises that encouraged collaboration, communication and problem solving while reinforcing the concepts introduced through the digital platform. The programme was conducted over three days and combined storytelling, gamification, technology and experiential learning to create a dynamic environment where employees were motivated to participate, complete challenges and compete for higher positions on the leaderboard. The initiative demonstrated how compliance education can be delivered through interactive experiences that encourage participation rather than treating mandatory learning as a routine obligation.

Trillium Information Security Systems acknowledged Mobilink Bank for supporting the concept and working closely throughout the programme’s development and execution. The company extended its appreciation to Fehmeen Anwar and Rida Ayaz for their collaboration in bringing the initiative to life. According to Trillium Information Security Systems, the project was delivered through its Skills and Training Business Unit under the leadership of Hassan J. and Aqsa Nadeem, whose team focuses on creating engaging learning experiences by combining gamification, storytelling and experiential learning methodologies. The collaboration highlights how organisations are increasingly adopting creative approaches to compliance education that encourage active participation while strengthening employee awareness of governance, ethical practices and regulatory responsibilities through practical and immersive learning experiences.
