Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has recognized the significant strides made by the country’s telecom sector in cybersecurity with the inaugural Cybersecurity Awards 2024. The ceremony, held in Islamabad, celebrated the outstanding achievements of telecom operators and other stakeholders in bolstering the nation’s digital defenses.
Minister of State for IT and Telecommunications, Shaza Fatima Khawja, lauded the industry’s commitment to cybersecurity, emphasizing its pivotal role in safeguarding Pakistan’s economic and digital future.
