In addition to offering strategic direction, the council will also facilitate collaborations between industry professionals, regulators, and startups to create a more secure digital ecosystem. It will work towards identifying key vulnerabilities, promoting cybersecurity awareness, and advocating for policies that enhance digital security across the entrepreneurial landscape.

The formation of the Cybersecurity Council at NIC Karachi marks a significant step toward reinforcing cybersecurity in Pakistan’s startup ecosystem. As digital innovation accelerates, ensuring a secure foundation for startups is critical to sustaining long-term growth and trust in the digital economy. The council’s ongoing efforts will not only safeguard businesses but also contribute to strengthening the nation’s overall cybersecurity framework.

More updates on the council’s initiatives and developments will be shared in the coming months as they continue to drive cybersecurity excellence in Pakistan’s startup sector.
